own (collectively, our “Site”), including any emails, text messages, video interactions, electronic
messages and/or chats between you and us through the Site.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties such as other websites,
content, or applications that may link to or be accessible from our Site. Please read this Privacy
Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Site, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Please note, our digital banking website, mobile application, and video banking mobile
application may have additional terms related to the privacy of your personal information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
Collection and Use of Your Information. We may automatically place and collect information
from “cookies,” which are electronic files that capture information about your use of the Services,
or web beacons, which are small electronic files such as gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs that
permit Rave Financial, for example, to count users who have visited the Site or opened an email
and for other Site statistics. Other examples are the date and time of your visit, the internet
provider address your computer was assigned and the pages you accessed on bankwithrave.com.

your name, home or other physical address, account number, license number, government
identification number, Social Security Number, tax identification number, payment card number,
payment card expiration date, payment card identification, transaction and payment history,
feedback you may provide, other information you voluntarily provide to use, the contents of your
communications with us, phone number, and email address. Additionally, our Site may collect
certain electronic data, such as your geolocation, keystrokes, website interactions, and device
identifier, including your device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model,

browser history, phone and text logs, contacts, files stored on your device like your calendar,
photos, text or video. We may collect biometric and online activity data about you when you
access our Site to authenticate your identity and to enhance the security of your accounts. The
biometric data that we collect is strictly limited to behavioral characteristics such as keystrokes,
mouse movement patterns, and navigation patterns, including pages and screens you viewed,
how long you spent on a page or screen, the website you visited before interacting with our Site,
navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen,
access times, and the duration of your access.
We may and you understand and agree that video interactions, chats, emails, electronic
messages and text messages may be recorded for research, training and quality purposes.
Location Data. Our mobile banking app periodically collects, transmits, and uses location data to
support features that allow us to communicate with you for various reasons such as closures,
marketing, maintenance, and fraud alerts, but only if you expressly authorize collection of such
information. You may choose whether location data can be monitored on a continuous basis in
the background, only while the app is being used, or not at all. You can change your location
permissions at any time in your device settings.
In addition, Location Data is collected to provide location-based messages, offers, and
interactions. Rave Financial’s mobile banking app collects location data to enable push
notifications even when the app is closed or not in use. It also is used to support promotional
offers from the Rave Financial. If you use any location-based feature of Rave Financial mobile,
you agree that your geographic location and other personal information may be accessed and
disclosed through Rave Financial. If you wish to revoke access to such information, you must
cease using location-based features of Rave Financial mobile via your device's settings.
Other Links. Rave Financial may frequently link to other sites as a convenience to our members.
Rave Financial will seek to link with other sites that adhere to similar privacy standards, however
Rave Financial is not liable for content, privacy, or availability of linked pages. You will be subject
to that entity’s privacy and security practices, which may differ from ours. We have no control
over, do not review, and are not responsible for these third-party websites or their content. You
should read and understand the privacy policy, terms of use, and security practices of third-party
websites before providing any information to third parties.
Important Information About Procedures For Opening a New Account. To help the government
fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial
institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an

address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask
to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

accessed by or on behalf of any company or person to whom you provide your login credentials
to our Site or account information. When you provide your login credentials to our Site to a third
party, you will be deemed by us to have authorized all transactions or actions initiated by that

transaction or action. For security and other reasons, we reserve the right to block or disable
third party access to any account without notice. If you decide to revoke the access authority you

GOOGLE ANALYTICS PRIVACY NOTICE
We collect potentially personally identifying information that is collected by Google Analytics.
The analytics feature we have implemented is based on Display Advertising (e.g., Remarketing,
Google Display Network Impression Reporting, the Doubleclick Campaign Manager integration,
or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting). Visitors can opt-out of Google
Analytics for Display Advertising and customer Display Network ads using Ads Settings.
We will not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally
identifiable information previously collected from Google Display Advertising features that is
based on the DoubleClick cookie unless we have robust notice of, and the user's prior affirmative
(i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger. We also collect potentially personally identifying
